Sounds Incredible Mobile Our Crew

	.: John & Annie_Owners John Amen started installing car stereos for Sounds Incredible back in the early 80’s. He started with Sounds Incredible back in 1982 as shipper/receiver and moved on to create Installations, his car audio installation company that he ran out of the original Sounds Incredible store up until 2000. Mobile audio has always been his passion. Even as a child he managed to rig his bicycle with a small portable stereo as he rode around his neighborhood. To say the least, he was destined for car audio. Sounds Incredible expanded in the year 2000 and opened up Sounds Incredible Mobile, a strictly Mobile Audio store in Danbury, CT. To run the new store, they put John in charge. At that point Annie was hired to help greet customers and answer phones. She developed the same passion for helping customers achieve their car audio needs and learned everything she knows about car audio from John. Annie is more than just a salesperson, she can help you troubleshoot your car stereo problems, help you design a high fidelity car audio system and if she doesn’t have what you need in the store she’ll order it for you. If your needs fall outside of Sounds Incredible Mobile’s current repertoire she’ll recommend a reliable mechanic or parts suppliers to fulfill your needs. The two became partners in life and in business running the car store as if it were their own. They later purchased the car audio store from the owner of Sounds Incredible in August 2007. They have expanded to include 4 additional installers, 1 of which was a long time customer.

	.: Mark_Installer Mark, one the installers, was actually a long time customer of Johns. He came in one day and asked Annie a technical question she couldn’t answer. Tech questions don’t usually stump her, so she could see how into car audio this guy really was. One day she asked him if he’d ever consider car audio as a career choice, and he replied it would be his dream job. He has been professionally installing with Sounds Incredible Mobile ever since. Mark is a spec geek, ask him what the dampening factor is on any amplifier in the store, he can usually answer you off the top if his head.

	.: Mike_Sales Mike is another newer face here at Sounds Incredible Mobile, but he is definitely familiar with the consumer electronics industry. In fact, he started out in this very same building when it was Tweeter Etc years ago and most recently was working at Best Buy. Mike had been a long time customer of John and Annie’s; he used to purchase equipment from them that was not available through his employer at the time, Tweeter Etc. When the need arose for another salesperson, Mike was the first person we thought of to fill the position and he has not let us down. When you stop in and see Mike, you will find he will be happy to assist you in any way he can.

Picture Coming Soon	.: Angel_Installer Angel has been installing mobile electronics for the past 15 years. He started out sweeping the floors in a shop like ours and worked his way up. Most recently he had been doing expeditor work for car dealerships in NY. Looking for a job closer to home, he had heard we were in need of an experienced installer through facebook and decided to stop in and meet us. We were happy we gave him a chance. By the end of his first day, we were even happier as he demonstrated his skills, his knowledge and expertise, even earning a $100 tip from his first customer. We are happy to have him as a part of our team. We know that you will be satisfied with a quality installation completed by Angel.

Picture Coming Soon	.: Angel 2_Shop Assistant Angel 2 is like Angel's sidekick. You will see Angel 2 at the shop assisting our installers on various installations. In addition to assisting our installers, he is extremely helpful at keeping our garage clean and organized. He is a pleasant addition to our crew and we are happy to have his assistance.

Picture Coming Soon	.: Nick Even at the young age of 21, Nick has been involved in the automotive industry for 5 years now. Most recently he had been working at Car City in Danbury as one the head mechanics as well as being their go to man for installing aftermarket stereos and speakers for many of the the used vehicles they sold there. Always interested in working at Sounds, when the opportunity arose, he jumped right on it. When you don't see Nick behind the counter up front answering phones and assisting customers in sales, you'll find him in the garage installing. Nick is also fluent in Spanish and looks forward to helping our Spanish speaking customers. We are proud to have Nick on our team and we hope you find his assistance to be friendly and knowledgeable.
